What have I learned from this ELA unit that I can use to make me a better person

      What I have learned in this unit to be a better person is that you have to look at every problem/challenge as it is easy pie. Even with the biggest problem it can be as easy as only doing one thing to fix. If you think its a good idea go with that idea as it is the best for you. If you are double guessing yourself its probably not the best. With every challenge there will be a good ending even of the worst happens in it like in the story "Contents of the Dead Man's Pockey" by Jack Finney. In this story he lost his paper out the window and decided he will go after this paper. Then when he was going back he got locked out. After getting in he decided to go with his wife, but when he opened the door, the paper flew out the window again.

 

      To sum it all up, challenges can be big and small but all can be thought of as just a small situation.

Three Canadian Embassies in the Middle East close for one day

This issue is to close Egypt, Libya and Sudan to make them safer. This was happening at the beginning of the month of September. Mr. Harper is not sending any Canadians as there was alright one person shot.

They are taking people out of Sudan and Tunisia. There is no estimated cost as to what I read and to how many people are involved.

This relates to what we are going in Geography as it is Geography.

In the last 3 years I not changed a ton, I have became older and have actually did some of theses things already, that were made to be acomplished . I have been doing the same things every year involving The Alberta High School Rodeo to my busy life. I have been working harder then I use to,  doing tons of things around the yard plus going to school 5 days a week.

If you have a Discovery Education account you can play games and watch school subject videos.

The game that I like is the Fishy Fractions: Fraction and Picture Match.  This game is good for kids that are learning their fractions as it helps match fractions with their pie graph.

Then with the videos: These videos can teach you a bunch of stuff. There is a video for everything.

You can search language Arts and it will come up with a lot of different videos! You can choose

from their choices for grades.

This site I will use for sure. I would use it for all my subjects as it is easy to use. Some of my teachers do things already on it and I liked. I will still be using it in the future.

Christmas is one of the most joyful time of the year. There is always Christmas Consorts on, people singing, and a lot of people having a BIG Christmas dinner. This year for Christmas I will be spending it at my house with my dad's side of the family. On boxing day my mom, sister, best friend and I will hopefully be going into Camrose to the western shops and pick up some horse stuff. When I go there I will hopefully get Zebra Print stuff as that is my FAVORITE print. Then a few days after that we will go to my mom's side of the family's house and open up more presants. Then soon after that we will go to Disney Land an Lego Land. I can't wait for Christmas! To me it is the best time of the year unless I am Rodeoing all weekend and for  day!!! Christmas

CHRISTMAS

       CHRISTMAS is only 11 days away! I can't beleive it but this year from my grandma she is going to take all of her family to DISNEY LAND and the BEACH!!!! I can't wait! Some of us will also go to LEGO LAND!!! It will be so nice and relaxing to not worry about school. But that is the least of my worries as I am afraid to go onto the planes! I have never been on one so it will be a new event that will scare me a lot until I am use to it.

       Even with Christmas so close, what are you asking for? For Christmas I don't care what I get this year! Well I guess there is 1 thing that I am wishing for is that my horse Dancer will be okay after she slipped on the stupid ice. Also that I can make it to all of the Sounding Lake Jackpots so I can get some awards this year! I would love to get some! The one that I would like to get the most would be the Bronc Halter or the Halter or the Headstalls! Even getting in the top 5 would be REALLY nice and a shock to me as I have been working so hard to get there! Yay so my wish list is almost what I can do and no one can give me so that is my Christmas gift to me if I do get in the top 5!! Oh two things my mom and dad can get me is a Thoroughbred gelding so I have a new horse so I can retire my old Thoroughbred mare, to get Zebra Print horse stuff and I would love a Pony for Christmas too!!!!

SUGAR LOVE FIZZ AND SEA A BLAZE

SUGAR LOVE FIZZ is a 2008 black and white filly. Her barn name is Lizzy and her best horse friend is my other mare SEA A BLAZE (Barn name is Dancer, she is a Sorrel solid mare). They are funny when I let them out to run! Dancer and Lizzy both roll in the snow and get up. Then you go behind then and go HAHAHAHA and they jump up quickly and try to kick you! They are so funny and they are both broke to ride well Lizzy is almost and Dancer is!! On Mar. 13/11 I rode Lizzy by myself for the first time and hope to do it the day after!! She is coming really good! I hope to use both of them for the rodeos next year! They both are great mares to have and everyone asks me how much I paid for them and I say nothing! Dancer we got for FREE and Lizzy I got from my mom for a EARLY birthday prestent!! I love them both alot! If you know alot about horses her are their pedigrees!

There was a great person who was called Dull! HE was a great guy untill he died in 1589! He was known as a great artist. He had a cat, dog, frog and more animals and her called them all Dull! (This is fake!)

DESIGN MY OWN COOL BED ROOM!

On the website www.writingprompts.tumblr.com I got to choice  topic and I chose this one!

I choice to design my own bed room and tell you about it!

          My Bed room would have to be 2 Floors with a hideaway ladder! On the bottom floor it will be 50feet by 45feet! This is where I will have 2 HUGE BEDS! 1 bed will be for me and another for someone staying over! They will be 10feet long by 10feet across! On one of the big walls there will be a huge horse picture of my horse Dancer, and on the other one a picture of my horse Casino, then on the one small wall with out the door it will be a big picture of my horse Lizzy!  With tones of horse pictures too! O there will even be a horse rug! SO COOL!

            Then in the top part it will be the same size with tones of horse stuff like cowboy boots, shirts, jeans, buckles, belts, hats and lots of pictures including Bernie Brown, and famous artists that do horses pictures! I would have laminate flooring in it with wood walls too.


             I will put up alot of my pictures that I have token such as some of my horses, landscaping, animals and such. I will have my room full of my stuff too!

What a Day!

Ok I woke up at 6am and went out to check the mares with mom. It was going good with 7 babies, alright then we saw Candy. Candy was shaking so bad and had blood all over the hind end. She couldn't even walk to get on to the trailer. Then we finally got her on, we went to the vet and she had passed away. The vet tried to save the colt but it was to late. Then I came to school. WHAT A DAY, WELL MORNING!

Random Weekend

It was awesome! To start the week had a buckskin/ dun stud! -->

Then I baby sat with my sister until 12 o'clock am! It was really fun though!

After that we went home! The next morning mom and I went out again to check the mares and

we had 2!

Then we had the farrier come and cut horses hooves!

At about 3 we left and got 3 puppies! We got 2 and got 1 for Alan! They are so cute!

The Mane Event

The last 3 days of the Easter Break, my sister and I went with Alan to the Mane Event! It is all about horses, the best thing is that I love horses! I had a blast, with so much fun things to do there! I had a lot of favorite things, including MOUNTED SHOOTING, GYPSY COBS, SEEING STACY WESTFALL, SHAWN SEABROOK, JOHNATHAN FIELDS, and lot more. They had a trade fair there, which I bought a lot of stuff! I got 2 blankets, 2 things of polo wraps, boot cleaner and new cowboy boots.

EASTER BREAK!

I can't beleive that it is only a few days away from having our 11 day Easter Break! I will have the longest week EVER! So much stuff to do from 4-H, from cleaning to having fun! I can't wait it is going to be so much fun! I will be training horses and also getting my 4-H books up to date! IT IS GOING TO BE SO MUCH FUN!!! :)

WHAT A WEEK

This week started with a lot of work!
Sunday- Worked with two of my horses named Lizzy and Dancer. Rode Lizzy for the first time!
Monday- Had school with not a lot of work too! Went home from school and saddled up Lizzy and rode. Rode Dancer after supper.
Tuesday- Had school and had a lot of fun! Got home and rode Lizzy again. Dancer got rode that night again!
Wednesday- had school again. Hope to ride Lizzy again with Dancer ready to ride that night!
Thursday- Is going to have school again and then go home. Ride both of my horses which are Dancer and Lizzy.
Friday- wake up at 5:30 in the morning and then go skiing! Hope to come home soon and ride Lizzy and Dancer.
Saturday- SLEEP IN! get up and Ride Lizzy and Dancer 2 times.
Sunday- SLEEP IN AGAIN! Then ride, ride, ride and more ride
Monday- School, then home and RIDE! That night is also 4-H!! YIPPEE


I LOVE MY WEEK!
